PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
- We accept cash, cash app, credit card and P.O. (Major Label Only). NO CHECKS.
- Payment is due at the beginning of the session BEFORE the session starts.
- All scheduled sessions are deemed "on hold" and subject to remain open for booking until full payment or a minimum, non-refundable deposit equivalent to 1 hour is received. (A courtesy call will be given in the event a request occurs to book a room that is "on hold".)
- Session billing begins at the scheduled start time.
- Cancellations must occur 24 hours in advance to receive a refund.
- For P.O. (or "label") billing, insufficient notice of cancellation and "no show" sessions will be cancelled and the label will be billed at the day rate.
- For "cash rate" billing, confirmation of session must be made 60-90 minutes before the scheduled start time. If no confirmation can be made, the session will be deemed cancelled.
